Do I need to change my primary care doctor?
You have the option to stay with your current doctor or choose one of ours. If your insurance allows, you can keep your doctor and see ours for quick interventions until you visit your own doctor again.​
How can my family stay up to date on my health?
Your loved ones get their own app to see your health updates in real time.
What if I'm not comfortable using technology?
We can either work with your facility staff or send our own staff to help collect your vitals and any symptoms. Our staff will regularly visit you to talk to you about your health and advise you any changes necessary.
If I am comfortable with technology, how can I view my health updates?
You can download our smartphone app and monitor your health and get notifications from us when your conditions change. We can supply you with connected devices needed to monitor your health, or if you prefer, we can still assist you in collecting your vitals and symptoms.
What data do my doctors get access to?
Using our proprietary secure data sharing technology, your doctors can access all your health records from our system online, from their browser.
